Description
This is a very nice, large,
"oversize",
uncirculated but slightly mistreated,
"Cien"
or 100 Pesetas note from Spain. It was issued by
"El Banco de España"
and dated November 19, 1965.
It pictures Gustavo Adolfo Claudio Domínguez Bastida who lived from 1836 until 1870, he is better known as Gustavo Adolfo Becquer. He was a poet and writer, also a playwright, literary columnist, and was talented in drawing. Today he is considered one of the most important figures in Spanish literature, and is considered by some as the most read writer after Miguel de Cervantes.

The Note:
A crisp uncirculated example, it was in a regular large currency holder that did not protect the top edge. Consequently, it is a little bent and slightly discolored. It has no folds, tears or holes and remains fully crisp. The note will be sent in a new
"oversize"
currency holder that protects all of it. As grading is subjective, please see the pictures and judge for yourself.
