1980 - 1999 Game Used MLB American League Umpire Dave Phillips #7 Plate Jacket

Here is a vintage, original, authentic game model umpire plate jacket made for David Phillips.
He umped with the American League from 1971 to 1999, then with both leagues until 2002. Phillips wore number 7 when the AL adopted numbers for umpires in 1980.
This jacket is complete with tagging that confirms it is authentic.
The jacket is in excellent condition.
Phillips’ career had big moments.
He was crew chief on Disco Demolition night (1979).
He presented Billy Martin with an affidavit before umping the conclusion of the Pine Tar Incident game.
(1983).
He was the first to eject Gaylord Perry for throwing an illegal pitch. (1982)
He was the plate umpire in the Albert Belle Bat game, locking it in the Umps room until it was stolen.
Phillips umped in two All Star Games and four World Series.
