The hologram is on the left tail on the Flex base tag.
Wash tag has the

, made in USA, and, care instructions noted.  The fabric code is on the reverse-U0730 as well.  The original factory stickers remain on the tag.
The jersey has "

" sewn on the front of the jersey in orange framed in white with a small "
50
" in same colors. The back of the jersey has "
MONTERO
" sewn directly to jersey in orange and white, with the large number
"50"
below in the same colors.
