You are bidding on a 2020 Springdale. Th seals around the outdoor compartments are loose-see pics, needs cleaned, awning does not work (could be fuse), rodent droppings evident in the drawers.   "Selling as is" with no warranty express or implied.  Major systems (HVAC, electric, water, have not been tested or inspected. All noticeable damage is noted.
Further damage may be present, we have not performed a detailed inspection of the unit.  Unit is available for further inspection at the bidders discretion prior to the close of the auction.
All bidding is considered final and post closing offers lower than the final bid will not be accepted.  Caveat emptor, bid accordingly.
Available for inspection by appointment in Elkins, WV.  Buyer is responsible for shipping.
