    Description

    Unbelievable rare 1949 charter from when Earl Mann bought the Crackers. This belongs in a museum! In 1949 Earl Mann bought the Atlanta Crackers and by league rules the league President and each team President had to a charter to make Atlanta part of the Southern Association and that is what we have here. I don’t know how this ever came into the hobby but I ran across this many years ago in a old box of Cracker memorabilia.
