    This Joe Oliver “Game-Used” Pittsburgh Pirates 1999 Pin Stripe Grey Road Rawlings Jersey, comes with a Team Certificate of Authenticity, signed by Frank Connelly, President of Pittsburgh Pirates Organization.
    The jersey shows game use, and is in excellent condition. Please note: the team year tag indicates Set 1 of 1998, and the Certificate of Authenticity indicates the jersey was game-worn in 1999. I have to believe the organization would know when Joe actually wore the jersey. Since Joe is shown on the Pirates Team Roster during 1999, I’m going to assume this jersey was issued to some other player, who also had a uniform number “17” and played on the Team in 1998.
    I honestly do not know. However, the COA indicates Joe wore this jersey during the 1999 season. That’s for certain, and, what I believed was the case when I purchased this jersey.
