    Description

    A flawless Lou Gehrig autograph signed on typical advertising card of that era. The autograph was signed in pencil and is nice and bold, written above the autograph it reads "Don CeSar Hotel ST. PETE, FL 1931" which more than likely was written by the lucky person who actually obtained Gehrig's autograph that day at the Don CeSar Hotel in 1931. After some research I was able to confirm that the Yankees did in fact stay at the Don CeSar in St. Petersburg, FL during spring training in the early 1930s. Comes with full letter of authenticity from AAI Autograph Authentication Institute cert.# G3472, which can be verified on their site.
