Hello, this is my Nike Sox Jersey.....Red...not White...Boston...not Chicago......It was issued to Jeisson Rosario, who is a Sox OF prospect playing in AA Portland. He is currently on the 40 man roster, so expect him to join the Sox either in September or next season.Because of Covid and Spring Training 2020, almost all Spring Jerseys are listed as "Team Issued" because of Covid protocols. A lot of jerseys were likely game jerseys, but because of protocol had to wait to be authenticated before being sold. So unlike previous years, they were stored. I know, long story, but the point is could have been used in a game, maybe, maybe not, but it was issued and worn by the player at some point.
I bought a few of these directly from MLB and the Sox, and am keeping a few and putting a few others up. I saved one for me and a few for friends, what I like about these is that they are the new MLB Nike jerseys...which fit a lot better than the old Majestic ones. Could just be my preference, but I have noticed a difference myself. Anyway, I will throw in the original MLB description below, but this is pretty straight forward. It's a 2020 Boston Red Sox Nike Navy Alternate Road Jersey that has been authenticated by MLB and the Sox with the MLB Hologram.
From SoxProspects.com
"There are a lot of reasons to be excited about Rosario as a prospect. For one thing, he has had all of that aforementioned success despite the young ages. Despite being a teenager in all of his seasons in which he’s been able to play, he’s been above-average at the plate in each of them. And that largely comes down to phenomenal on-base skills that could make him a great leadoff option if the rest of the package comes together. In High-A in 2019 — again, as a 19-year-old — he drew walks at a ridiculous rate of almost 17 percent. In his three seasons as a pro, the
lowest
rate he’s carried has been a hair below 13 percent."
Anyway, that is about it, any questions just fire away

Note about Me and Anything I am selling: I'm a fan and a collector, not a seller, and if I am selling a collectible, it's likely one of three reasons.
1. I bought something I wanted but it was part of a group that included other items, so I'm selling the others that came with the one I wanted.
2. I bought a "Mystery Box" hoping for one thing but got something else, whether it be an item or player. And so I'm hoping to find a good home for that item who will appreciate it more than me.
3. I bought something new, probably a jersey, and so I'm selling an old one so my closet doesn't overflow or to justify the cost.
With this in mind, ALL of my items always have a Submit Offer Option, which I encourage fans to use. However, if you do send an offer, please let me know WHY you want it, otherwise I am generally likely to decline that offer.
