    Description

    1973 TOPPS BASEBALL CARD (#149) SIGNED by RON HUNT of the MONTREAL EXPOS. This card is in excellent condition. The autograph is in dark blue ink pen.
    Hunt played for the Expos from 1971-1974. He started with the New York Mets (1963-1966) and also played for the Dodgers (1967), Giants (1968-1970) and Cardinals (1974, 12 games). Overall the two-time All-Star second baseman played in 1,483 games and hit .273 with 39 home runs. He set a major league record in 1971 when he was hit by a pitch 50 times. In his major league career he was hit by a pitch 243 times, sixth all-time. Since 2018 he has had Parkinson's disease. Hunt is now 80 years young, living in Wentzville, Missouri.
