Description

One of the most beautiful MLB jersey designs ever, this pristine white St. Louis Cardinals game-used #11 home jersey, was worn by Cards catcher Glenn Brummer during his rookie season, 1981. The jersey is a size 42 and, consistent with the most MLB player's tastes in the early 80's, it's a 'snug" fit. The classic Cardinal home white design is well represented by this particular jersey, which demonstrates only minor wear consistent with wearing the chest protector strap on the back (and possibly spending a fair amount of time on the bench). The embroidered "Cardinals" logo and script name on the front are in as close to flawless condition as it comes.  If you were to look at Brummer's Wikipedia page, the photo of him shows him wearing this particular jersey style (quite possibly this jersey itself). The jersey has a team "tag" attached to the manufacturer's tag (see photo), indicating it to be "Set 2, 1981" and verifying its authenticity. Shipped via USPS First Class with insurance.
