Folded previously in thirds vertically and once horizontally, assumedly for mailing with notable toning at middle portion and left margin on reverse with some wrinkling, handling wear along borders with a notation in an unknown hand on the lower left of "Waldo, Ark." referring to Travis Jackson's hometown. All grammatical errors and incorrect spellings in the text are present in the document itself, not changed or edited in my description. Slight toning with minimal wear to corners and edges, save any previous description.
