    opportunity to claim a vintage minor league
    game-used
    jersey from this
    Northwest League
    team! The Eugene Emeralds played most of their games at now-defunct
    Civic Stadium
    here in
    Eugene, Oregon
    and presently play at
    PK Park
    . I am quite certain this minor league baseball jersey is circa 1980's, though could not successfully research the exact season the jersey originates from. The Ems were a farm team for Major League Baseball's
    Kansas City Royals
    during a good portion of the 80's. The jersey was made by the
    Wilson Sporting Goods Co.
    (see Wilson tag at neckline), and is a size "42". The jersey is a blue-gray color, with green trim around the sleeves. The jersey features stitched-on
    "Eugene"
    lettering on the front along with
    "21"
    , with the number
    "21"
    again on the back. One of the short sleeves also features a cool Eugene Emeralds/Eugene EMS
    embroidered patch
    ....very cool! The jersey has a tapered look along the bottom hem. This highly collectible jersey measures approximately
    32" long
    (measured from back of neckline to bottom hem)
    x 21"
    (measured armpit-to-armpit).

    this vintage jersey is in *Fine Shape* overall, showing minimal age/handling faults...
    nice!!!
    There are some scattered brown age spots present, but they are minor and does not detract overall from the jersey's outstanding appearance!
